Sony has confirmed that its new Sony PSP Slim battery pack (PSP-S110) will be available individually on September 20th for $39. This new pack is designed specifically for the new Slim Sony PSP (PSP-2000) and not the current model (PSP-1000).
The Sony PSP just got lighter and thinner, with a faster loading time, and video out to play on a TV, it’s available for pre-order for $169.99.
The 1Seg Tuner for Sony PSP will be released on September 20th, 2007 at the recommended retail price of $57. The device will be compatible exclusively with the new PSP-2000 redesign, so current PSP owners are out of luck.
According to Reuters, Sony will launch its trimmed down PSP on September 20th in the Japanese market with the price tag of $162. In case you didn’t know, the new Sony PSP is lighter, slimmer, features improved battery life, and faster loading times. The gadget also can be plugged into a TV for big-screen play, about F-ing time!
Not much info is available on the PSP-S310 Digital TV tuner except that the device will be available when the Sony PSP Slim goes on sale in September 20th 2007. It will retail for $58. The unit comes with an extendable antenna and is the same size as the Sony PSP camera unit. Unfortunately, the gadget will work only in Japan, because it is the only place where you can get One-Seg terrestrial digital broadcasts.
