Sony Online Entertainment has announced that the EverQuest 2 MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role playing game) will be available for “free to play” on December 6th, 2011. It means that anybody will be able to download and start playing for free. For your info, EverQuest II requires an internet connection in order to play. The free access requires payment if you wish to upgrade your membership or purchase in the in-game Marketplace. [EverQuest]
According to Famitsu, Team Ninja’s action-adventure video game ‘Ninja Gaiden Sigma’ will hit PlayStation Vita this February in Japan. Sadly, there’s no word yet when the game will become available outside of Japan. Stay tuned for more info. [PlayStation LifeStyle]
Rocksteady Studios is reportedly preparing to release a new DLC pack for Batman: Arkham City title. This add-on content is said to include the all new Batcave challenge map, along with Iceberg Lounge and Joker’s Carnival maps. Lionel Messi has signed a multi-year endorsement contract with EA Sports. He will appear on the cover of FIFA Street when it launches in March 2012. In case you didn’t know, Lionel Messi plays for Barcelona.
