Conduit 2 Delayed

Conduit 2 is an upcoming first-person shooter video game being developed by High Voltage Software for the Nintendo Wii. It is one of the first real third person FPS shooters to hit this console. Conduit 2 will be supporting a wide variety of peripherals which include Wii Speak, Wii MotionPlus, Classic Controller, and PDP’s Headbanger Headset. Too bad, this video game has been delayed from this Fall to early next year due to heavy competition from the upcoming and anticipated Golden Eye 007. [Digitalbattle]

FIFA 11 Supports 11 Versus 11 Players Online

Here is good news for all gamers who play FIFA 11. This video game now supports 11 vs 11 players online. However, 11 players also means that two unfortunate players will have to play as goal keeppers. FIFA 11 will be published by Electronic Arts worldwide under the EA Sports label on September 28th, 2010 in North America, September 30th, 2010 in Australia, and October 1st, 2010 in Europe for all platforms, except the Wii. Goldeneye 007 Classic Edition Wii Controller

Activision has introduced an exclusive gold-colored Classic Controller Pro that will be bundled with the Classic Edition of the upcoming Goldeneye 007 game for the Nintendo Wii. The game will support the Wiimote, Nunchuck, along with the Wii Zapper, while the Classic Controller will give shooter fans “a familiar control scheme,” according to Activision’s David Pokress. 2K Sports has recently unveiled the cover of NBA 2K11, which features Michael Jordan himself. In case you didn’t know, NBA 2K11 is a basketball video game that will be launched on October 5th, 2010 on Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PSP, Nintendo Wii, iPhone and PC. Sonic 4 Delayed Until Late 2010

Sega has recently announced that Sonic 4 has been delayed until late 2010 due to quality concerns. The game has been delayed from its original “summer” release to “late 2010.” The delay allows the Development Team to focus on ensuring overall high-quality throughout the game by continuing to tune, balance, and maintain the kind of polish that an important title like this demands. DJ Hero Controller Is Now Sold Separately

Activision has started selling the DJ Hero controller as a standalone peripheral. Priced at $69.99 each, this controller is currently available for Sony PlayStation 3, Microsoft Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii. The DJ Hero controller features a rotating deck platter, an effects dial, crossfader and three dual-color stream buttons. The crossfader section can be swapped between the left and right sides, for use by left- or right-handed gamers. [Slashgear]
