EA Brings Games To Cell Phones

EA has signed a deal with Nokia which will bring seven of EA’s coolest titles to Nokia’s cell phones. The games, such as The Sims, Doom, Tetris and FIFA 07, will be distributed over Nokia’s “Content Discoverer Portal”, which is available in their latest models. However, I can’t imagine trying to play Doom on a 1 inch x 2 inch display screen. There’s no word on how much Nokia will cost for cell phone users.

Target Stops Selling UMDs

Target has officially stop selling UMDs for the Playstation Portable. Via Kotaku.

…the UMD pullage is indeed a company-wide effort. The chain, the reader says, decided to devote the space the non-selling UMDs were taking up to IFC independent movies. The chain will continue to sell the PSP flicks on their site though.
