Logitech is well known for its gaming peripherals. Here is one of my favorites. The Logitech Wireless Guitar Hero Controller offers a Strat-style design controller with a wood neck, a rosewood fingerboard and metal frets. At its Leipzig Games Convention press conference yesterday, Sony introduced its new wireless keypad for their PS3 controller. To use it, just attach it to the top of your Playstation 3 controller. The pad features a “touchpad mode” for mouse input, and can be paired with phones and other gadgets via Bluetooth. No word on pricing yet, but the device will be released in 8 different languages this coming November. [Engadget]

Cantor eDeck is a portable gaming device. It probably looks like some version of PSP, but in fact, it is wireless gamepad offering live Casino games. Some of the games offered are namely roulette, blackjack, baccarat, video poker and other popular casino games, plus a few variations courtesy of Cantor. It is still in beta, but expect it to be released by late 2008. Poker, anyone? [Cantor]
Wii fans wont have to struggle using those wired nunchuks that tangle everytime you use them in vigorous games such as Wii boxing. Instead Nyko now has an alternative presenting the wireless nunchuk. This should be available in stores early January for $30.
