The Controversial Mad World On Wii

by Stephen on August 22, 2008 · 0 comments

Mad World Action Wii

Mad World is a bloody, futuristic action game that involves alot of bare knuckle punching and kicking plus grabbing everything from chainsaw to pipe to hack and slash your way. The graphics will look somewhat like Frank Miller’s Sin City the movie. From a third-person perspective, the player controls Jack, a hulking brute with a chainsaw on his arm, as he competes in a violent TV show. Using the Nunchuk to move Jack, by gesturing the Wii Remote, players perform brutal melee attacks on enemies. Also Jack can use objects around the environment, such as impaling an enemy’s head with a caution sign in an ironic way. The game is not without controversy due to its violent content. However, in my point of view, nothing instigates curiosity more than controversy. Videos after the break. [Wiki] More

WII FF Fables: Chocobo Dungeon Review

FF FABLE CHOCOBO DUNGEON

Third Chocobo themed Final Fantasy from Square Enix, it is a sequel to its Playstation predecessor with strong characteristics of beautifully designed characters and set accompanied by amazing soundtracks. The gameplay takes gamers mostly into dungeon set. The battle uses turn base style. The title may sound cute, but expect challenging hardcore battles. The game tells the story of Cid and his Chocobo, both trying to find an artifact of great power, only to get beaten by some evil guy, who apparently sent them into another dimension with the very artifact. Both they must escape this alternate dimension while in the same time saved its inhabitants. [GAMESPOT]
