
Some UK retailers including Amazon.co.uk, Play.com, HMV and Game have recently lowered the price of the new Sony PSP Go in UK to £199.99 (about $320), which means £25 (about $40) cheaper than its current price of £224.99 (about $360). Quite a nice deal! [Pocket-lint]

Starting on October 1st, Sony will reduce the price of its PlayStation Portable devices in Japan to 16,800 Yen ($185), which means $30 cheaper than its current price of 19,800 Yen ($215). Here’s the latest rumor on Sony’s upcoming PSP handheld device. According to 1up, the next-generation Sony PSP would be called PSP Go! and could be demonstrated as early as June during E3 in Los Angeles.
