The DC virtual world will be available for PS3 and PC online. It features 150 characters from DC comics. For those who have not read the comics, the complexity of the story goes to the extent of intergalactic scale conflict. Velvet assassin is tactical 3rd person view shooter game. It will be released for PC and XBOX 360 platform. The story is originally based on real-life ally spy during WWII. The characters share similar first names, Violet. The screens evoke much retro atmosphere. It really takes us back in time to those Nazi days. Violet is a petite girl with a sweep of dark hair. But you soon will see how appearance can be deceiving, when she quietly kills some guard from behind. You get to choose which action to perform whenever you approach the enemy. A sequel to an action game from capcom. The story continues 10 years after the previous bionic weapon game. The gamers once again assume the character Nathan Spencer. With his bionic arm dismantled. He was betrayed by his commander and about to get executed for the crime he did not commit, before terrorist detonated experimental weapon in the capital and rule. Now he made a deal with the government to claim the city back. With his improved bionic arm, Nathan will begin his journey proving his innocence, and make people who betray him pay. This time on E3, we got the chance to see one of the coolest RPG demo from Bioware. The game looks very much like merging of Lord of The Rings and Neverwinter Nights. Like previous titles of RPG from Bioware, the game puts you in moral dilemma, having to opt for one action over another. In the beginning of the game, character’s principle will be put to the test when we will have choose between survival and compassion. Every action will have consequence. Player will be able to pause while choosing action and developing strategy, this will help especially when you are getting ambushed, having to assign proper spell or action towards particular enemy. The graphics is very detailed, you can see the lip sync is now much improved. You will also have very creative process customizing your character. All we can say is, we got very promising RPG coming in Q1 2009. [GAMESPOT]
Project Origin is the much awaited sequel of F.E.A.R. One cool addition to the game is the ability to pilot mech suit at occasions. Imagine kicking some monster’s axxes with your robot foot. We got the chance to try the demo, and it’s still as creepy and intense as hell. The game begins with Michael, the main character, waking up in an underground metro. Equipped with only rifle, you will begin to find your way upstairs. In the land infested with evil, you may not want to be quite content with that rifle, i tell you that. Expect some bloody gore.
