Need For Speed Undercover Gets New DLC

EA has announced the availability of the new DLC for their latest title ‘Need for Speed Undercover’ game. As for now it’s only available for the PS3 and coming soon for the PC and Xbox 360. Among the DLC packs, the Challenge Series is a free offering that adds 60 events to the game along with new events called Highway Wars and Highway checkpoint races. For $5 or 400 MS points you could also get a Premium Pack called the Boss Car pack, that gives you all of the cars the level bosses drive in the entire game. [OhGizmo]

In the Need for Speed Undercover, the gamer plays as a police officer going undercover into the criminal underground of Tri-City, a fictional city where the game is set. Need for Speed: ProStreet

In Need for Speed: ProStreet, there will be several different game modes, including Drag, Grip, Speed, and Drift. For your info, the Drag race mode is simply a 1-mile drag race, the first to cross the finish line wins. Grip race mode is a circuit race. You need to cross the finish line first. You can block your opponent, ram them, or even smash them off the track. Speed challenge is all about speed and control, you need to pass the checkpoints with highest possible speed. In Drift mode, you just need to drift and collect high points. Here is the “Hatchback Havoc” gameplay footage.
