
Aspyr Media has confirmed that they will release Star Wars: Force Unleashed: Ultimate Sith Edition for the PC and Mac this Fall. FYI, the game was released for basically every platform except the PC and Mac last September. The Ultimate Sith Edition includes the full Force Unleashed campaign as well as three new missions. PlayFirst announced the Wedding Dash, the first title to extend its Diner Dash brand by introducing a new character, setting and storyline to the game. The game incorporates the plate-spinning fun from the Diner Dash series with the added challenge of pulling off the perfect wedding reception. Good news for Mac users. Electronic Arts’ games Battlefield 2142, Command and Conquer 3, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and Need for Speed Carbon are all now available for order at the Apple Store. The retail stores will have Need for Speed Carbon and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix on Tuesday, August 21, 2007 and Battlefield 2142 and Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars on Tuesday, August 28, 2007. EA also announces that Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08 and Madden NFL 08 will not be available until the September/October.

id Software has announced Quake Zero at QuakeCon 2007. It is a free browser based on Quake 3 Arena, one of the most popular multiplayer shooters. The developers will ensure the game runs in a web browser on both PC and Mac. More updates will be released soon.

Good news for Mac fans, it was announced that both Gears of War and Unreal Tournament 3 will be heading to the Mac platform. The news was announced by Epic Games co-founder Mark Rein when he was interviewed by Spike TV’s “Game Head” show. Now Mac fans have something more to do than just give ‘jobs’ to Steve.
