Rufus - New Character in Street Fighter 4

Rufus is a new character in Capcom’s upcoming Street Fighter 4. He has some special moves like the “Spectacle Romance”, “Space Opera Symphony” and “Messiah Kick”. Watch the video after the jump. [Kotaku]
