Microsoft Digital Entertainment Handheld System Codenamed xYz

According to TeamXbox, Microsoft’s upcoming digital entertainment handheld system codenamed xYz is in the final design stages. This new handheld gaming system puts itself somewhere in-between the Xbox and Zune platforms, giving you a range of entertainment features including Live Anywhere as found on Xbox, media playback, gaming and internet connectivity, but no phone. Sadly, there’s no word on pricing and availability yet. [TeamXbox via Kotaku]
