Live Streaming MLB Games on Roku

If you are a Roku box user, then this is good news for you. Roku today announced that Roku users are now be able to access baseball games from premium MLB.tv accounts. But you have to be a subscriber of the paid MLB.tv service, which would cost $35 for the remainder of the 2009 season. MLB.tv says the picture is high-definition quality like 480i or 480p, which is similar to Netflix’s streams. For your info, the Roku can also stream content from other video services including Netflix and Amazon Video. [Gizmodo]
