What you’re seeing is the latest gamepad concept from Hakan Bogazpinar, designer from Turkey. It easily substitutes the tiny directional keys on the right-bottom side of your keyboard, for an easy reaching up, down, right, left buttons and probably number 1-10, for some spells or weapon easy buttons.
