Electronic Arts’ Skate Soundtrack

Electronic Arts has recently released the complete track listing for Skate, its upcoming subtly-titled skateboarding game. The list contains 45 songs from a variety of genres including music from Nirvana, Slayer, Children of Bodom, NWA, The Ramones and David Bowie. It also feature 18 exclusive tracks from XXXChange, Tommy Guerrero, and other world renowned DJs. In addition, the SKATE will be released this Autumn for Sony PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Showtime Boxing For The Nintendo Wii

Zoo Digital has confirmed that Showtime Boxing will be available for the Nintendo Wii. The game will feature the motion controlled capabilities of the system to bring players closer to the action in the ring. Features include your choice of 14 boxers (seven heavyweights, seven lightweights) and six title series. In this game, you will be able to customize your character by changing things like their hair, boots, and gloves. Each fighter also has a special three punch combo, and you can enjoy fun multiplayer action with Wii Hotseat. The game will also offer four different stadiums, New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. You can unlock more boxers, arenas, clothing and gloves by winning matches and claiming titles. The game is scheduled to go on sale on December 7, 2007.

Electronic Arts Brings Games To Mac

At yesterday’s WWDC07 conference, Steve Jobs and Electronic Arts have revealed new games coming to the Mac. EA will release several key titles for the Mac this summer. They are include Command & Conquer 3, Battlefield 2142, Need for Speed Carbon, and Harry Potter. Id Software also revealed their next gen game engine at WWDC, showcasing some pretty interesting new technology.

Two Gaming Phones From Gionee China

Gionee China has rolled out two new gaming phones for Taiwan market. They are the S20 (white) and the V9 (black). Both handsets come with a Nintendo emulator. For your info, the Gionee S20 slider comes with 2MP camera and plays most of multimedia files. The Gionee V9 provides a 2.2-inch touchscreen display for your gaming, stylus included for you input as it does not have keypad. Both phone come jam packed with 128MB of internal memory, which can be expanded with microSD slot. They also come with a TV-Out connector, so you can connect them to your TV to play games and movies. Assassin’s Creed Will Be Released In November

Assassin’s Creed from Ubisoft will be launched worldwide on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC this November. There will be two versions of the game: a regular edition for $59.99 and a special edition for $69.99.

Set in 1191 AD at the height of the Third Crusade for the Holy Land, Assassin’s Creed puts players in the silent shoes of Altair and gives them the opportunity “to shape events during this pivotal moment in history.” Altair is tied to a group of ruthless assassins whose plan is to bring an end to the bitter struggle by striking out at both warring parties.
