Ubisoft has confirmed today that Ton Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Double Agent will be available on the Sony PS3 sometime in March, 2007. The company has also confirmed they will be developing special features for the PS3. They said this game will support the Sixaxis controller and new multiplayer maps and skins.

Ubisoft has released today an auto-update patch for the Xbox 360 version of Splinter Cell: Double Agent. The patch is mainly focused on multiplayer issues, with the two biggest being connection and lag issues. Several bugs have also been fixed, including a score calculation bug and the “best score” bug. The full patch notes are posted on the official Splinter Cell website.

Sony has released the new Gran Turismo HD (PS3) trailer in Japan. This racing game will be released on December 24th and can be downloaded for free (10 cars included). Watch the game trailer after the break!
