Fusion IO Unveils PCI-E SSD

Fusion IO is famous for its PCI Express SSD storage solutions. The company has recently introduces a “Fatal1ty” branded PCI-E SSD targeted at gamers. Dubbed as the ioDrive Extreme, the 80GB SSD will retail for a hefty $900. It will deliver read and write performance of over 500 MB/S, which is more than standard SSD drives. [DigitalBattle]
