Angry Birds Rio Reaches 10 Million Downloads In Less Than Two Weeks

Rovio announced that the new version of the game, Angry Birds Rio has been downloaded 10 million times in just 10 days. Priced at $1 per download, the game has generated $10 million in revenue, of which the developer gets 70% cut (on iPhone and Android). FYI, Angry Birds Rio initially includes two chapters, each with 30 levels; the Angry Birds rescue caged exotic birds in the first chapter and attack evil marmosets in the second chapter.
