Street Fighter 4 Volt For iPhone Comes With Three New Fighters

Capcom has released Street Fighter IV Volt, which is an update of the original iOS version. The Volt adds Wi-Fi support for head-to-head matches online and three new fighters such as Balrog, Vega and Cody. Street Fighter IV Volt for iPhone is now available for download via iTunes. Capcom will raise the price of the game each day by one dollar. The game will have its price frozen at $6.99 on July 6, 2011. [Joystiq]

Capcom has finally revealed the release date for their upcoming Dead Rising 2: Off the Record title. This action-adventure video game is scheduled to hit North America and European shelves on October 11th and 14th. [Gematsu]

World Of Warcraft Now Free To Play Up To Level 20

Blizzard has announced that World of Warcraft is now free to play up to level 20. Known as World of Warcraft Starter Edition, the video game allows players to play at their own pace without having to worry that the free trial will expire. When they reach level 20, they can continue playing but will stop earning experience, making it impossible to level up. Players will need to upgrade to the full version of the game in order to play more than level 20. [G4tv]

Call of Duty: Black Ops Is The Best Selling Game In The UK

Just over half a year after its release, Call Of Duty: Black Ops has taken the crown of best-selling game of all time in the UK. For your info, the previous record-holder, Modern Warfare 2, sold 3,702,410 copies in the UK to date. Black Ops has officially surpassed it with a total of 3,722,411 cumulative sales as of June 25, 2011.
