GranTurismo 5 Red Bull X1 Video

Polyphony Digital has rolled out the first GranTurismo 5 Red Bull X1 video. For your info, the GranTurismo 5 Red Bull X1 is a virtual race car that outputs 1482hp and 527 lb-ft of torque and is equipped with a CVT transmission. The supercar has a top speed of 249mph (400 km/h), which will make it one of the fastest cars in the video game. The GranTurismo 5 Red Bull X1 is able to reach such speeds thanks to its low weight of just 545 kg. Watch the video after the jump. Read more

Shadows of the Damned Halloween Trailer

Shadows of the Damned is an upcoming 2011 video game developed by Grasshopper Manufacture and published by Electronic Arts. The game will be available for the Sony PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360 consoles. Zipper Interactive has finally announced the release date for MAG’s newest DLC pack, the Escalation Pack. This add-on content will hit PlayStation Network starting on November 2nd for $9.99. For your info, this new DLC will “include the new game mode ‘Escalation’ which allows all three factions; Raven, Valor and SVER to come together for objective based gameplay.” [Hooked Gamers]

Left 4 Dead For Mac

Valve Software has released an update for Left 4 Dead that brings Mac support to the popular game, which now joins Left 4 Dead 2 on the Mac following the sequel’s release earlier this month. Valve offers 50% discounts on several Left 4 Dead packages such as single license ($9.99), four-pack ($29.99), and Left 4 Dead/Left 4 Dead 2 bundle ($14.99). The Steam Play functionality allows users to purchase each game only once, yet still play them on multiple platforms. [DigitalBattle]
