Bandai has recently announced a Gundam figurine in pure platinum. Measuring 125mm and weighing 1.4Kg, this platinum Gundam is made up of 89 parts has a .15 carat diamond. The statue is valued at US $250,000 and will be on display at the Basel World 2007 watch and jewelry trade fair in Basel, Switzerland.
The production line the Xbox 360 Elite is officially announced. Featured in black, the console has a 120GB hard drive, HDMI port, black wireless controller and a black Xbox live headset. The Elite will retail for $479.99 and will be set to ship on April 29. Nintendo has teamed up with Sega to develop a game ‘Bejing Olympics’ video game which will be released for the Nintendo Wii and DS. The game will feature Mario and Sonic competing for the gold in a variety of events including 100m dash, swimming, table tennis, and many more. In addition, Bejing Olympics will go on sale later this year. The pricing has not been announced yet.
